FAQ

How do I collect hair for my bracelet?
You can either cut or pull hair from your horse's tail.

If you want to cut it, take a small lock from the base of the tail.  Snip it from an area that is hidden.  Try to get the longest hairs possible.

You can also pull it a few hairs at a time (like you would pull a mane).  This allows you to get the longest hairs possible and doesn't leave a 'snipped' spot in the tail.

Keep in mind, I only need about 80 hairs... that is less than the thickness of a pencil.

Where do I send the hair?
Once you purchase your bracelet, I will receive an e-mail with your contact information.  I will contact you ASAP to give you my mailing address and answer any questions you may have.

If I don't have a Pay-Pal account, can I still purchase from your web-site?
Absolutely.  The transaction goes through Pay-Pal but you do not need to have an account.  You may use a credit card and be assured that it is a safe transaction.
